Discover the CollectiveGod strengthens what He is building through shared counsel, alignment, and unity among leaders.
You bring your calling. We help you carry it.
SageFire is a missional guild — a fellowship of believers in Christ, each stewarding a distinct calling, committed to following His lead, together. You commit to the family; we carry callings together.
Never concentrated. Multiple elders, collaborative discernment.
Not appointed. The community names it; the Spirit reveals it.
Joy, attachment, and identity take real time.
When it stops serving, we rebuild it.
No ceiling — but the path has an order, and the order is relational.
Four sequential ingredients of healthy community. Each builds the foundation the next requires — you cannot skip steps without breaking something real.
Presence, belonging, delight — the relational warmth that makes connection possible.
Bonding and vulnerability — doing hard things in joy. The covenant bond.
Shared character and reflex — “we are a people who…”
Correction as reminder, plurality, shepherding together.
hesed — bonded, covenantal, costly love. The glue of everything we are building.
Between the ingredients are three gaps — the relational names for how people relate to SageFire. Each describes a corridor, not a single point. You enter, and you grow through.

Our network. Come as you are. We want to know you — and you to know us.
You observe it.What changes across the sequence is not whether shared purpose is visible — but whether you are shaping it.
At SageFire, we notice fruit before we notice gift. We watch how someone handles difficulty before we celebrate what they build. That takes time — the time is the kindness. The vouch is relational: “I have walked with this person,” not “I can verify their qualifications.”
The question is never “Who has the credentials to lead?” but “Whose life do we trust enough to let them speak into ours?”
Everything is in service of encountering God and one another.
SageFire is a relationship of centers. Each retains its own identity; the collective shares resources, network, support, and family. And the circle is still growing.
When a new center wants to join, the relationship begins at the friends dimension — even if the center’s work is mature. A center can join at the attachment end of the family corridor: real partnership, shared resources, shared mission. But shaping the collective’s identity requires deeper knowing. Enough alignment to work together is not the same as enough depth to shape who we are.
We do not appoint from above. We recognize from within. That is how the Lord builds family. That is how He always has.
